Terms of Service

Thank you for considering my UIUX design services. My goal is to create meaningful, effective, and user-centered experiences while maintaining a smooth and transparent collaboration. The terms below outline how we work together to ensure clarity and confidence throughout the project.

1. Service Overview

I offer UIUX services that include research, user flows, wireframes, interface design, design systems, prototypes, and strategic guidance. Each project begins with a defined scope to ensure we share a clear vision from day one.

2. Payment Terms

To reserve time and begin work, projects require an upfront or milestone-based payment structure. Payments follow the guidelines outlined in the Refund Policy.

3. Project Timeline

Timelines depend heavily on timely communication and approvals. If feedback or materials are delayed, the overall schedule may shift. I will keep you informed throughout the process so expectations remain aligned.

4. Client Responsibilities

To help the project move smoothly, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information and all necessary brand assets
• Share clear, timely feedback
• Confirm that all supplied content is legally yours to use

5. Designer Responsibilities

I will:
• Deliver the services outlined in the agreed scope
• Communicate clearly at every stage
• Provide thoughtful, high-quality work aligned with your goals
• Inform you promptly of any unexpected changes in timeline or scope

6. Scope of Work

The project scope defines what will be delivered. Any additions such as extra screens, new features, or shifts in strategy can be included through a separate proposal.

7. Deliverables

Depending on your needs, deliverables may include flows, wireframes, UI screens, design systems, or prototypes.
Final editable files (Figma source files) are provided once the project is fully paid.

8. Intellectual Property

After the project is paid in full, you receive full rights to the final approved designs.
Explorations, drafts, or unused concepts remain part of my creative library unless otherwise agreed.

9. Licensing

You receive a license to use the completed design materials for your business.
Resale, redistribution, or use of unused concepts is not permitted without written approval.

10. Confidentiality

Your information and project details remain strictly confidential. I respect your privacy and treat all shared materials with care.

11. Third-Party Dependencies

If the project depends on tools, developers, or platforms outside my control, I cannot be held responsible for issues arising from those external sources.

12. Revisions

Revisions are part of the collaborative process and will be delivered as outlined in the project scope. Requests outside that scope may require additional fees.

13. Project Termination

Either party may end the project with written notice. Work completed up to that point and approved milestones remain non-refundable. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

My role is to create thoughtful, high-quality design solutions. However, I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or be held liable for losses resulting from technical issues, development errors, or business decisions made using the designs.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Design can enhance clarity, usability, and engagement, but exact outcomes such as revenue growth or increased user numbers cannot be guaranteed.

16. Force Majeure

If circumstances beyond reasonable control arise, such as illness, natural disruptions, or technical outages, timelines may shift. I will communicate openly about any such situations.

17. Governing Law

These terms follow the applicable laws of Bangladesh unless another agreement is made in writing.

18. Acceptance of These Terms

By engaging my services or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
