Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all UI/UX design services provided. By engaging my services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Upfront and Milestone Payments

All upfront and milestone payments are non-refundable. These payments cover time allocation, research, planning, and initial design activities.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before any work starts, a partial refund may be considered based on preparation already completed.

3. No Refunds Once Work Has Started

Once any part of the project begins including research, user flows, wireframes, visual design, components, prototypes, revisions, or strategy sessions refunds cannot be issued.

4. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for changes in direction, preference, or strategy after the project has started or after any work has been delivered.

5. Digital Deliverables

All deliverables are digital. Once shared, they are considered delivered and non-refundable.

6. Third-Party Issues

I am not responsible for delays or issues caused by developers, agencies, plugins, hosting, tools, or any third-party services. These circumstances are not eligible for refunds.

7. Business Outcome Disclaimer

Design aims to improve usability, clarity, and conversion but no specific business outcome such as revenue growth, user increase, or performance metrics is guaranteed. Refunds cannot be claimed based on results.

8. File Handover Conditions

Editable design files (Figma source files) are released only after full payment is completed.

9. Transaction Fees

If a refund is approved, payment gateway, platform, or transaction fees (Upwork, PayPal, Wise, Stripe) are not refundable.

10. Revision Limits

Revisions must remain within the agreed scope. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions will require additional fees and are not refundable.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely content, feedback, approvals, and necessary decision-making. Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.

12. Client Delays

If the project is inactive for 14 days or more due to lack of client communication, it will be placed on hold. Payments made remain non-refundable.

13. Completed Milestones

Once a milestone is delivered and approved, it becomes non-refundable, even if the project is cancelled later.

14. Project Termination by Designer

If I must end the project due to unforeseen reasons, you will be refunded only for the portion not yet completed.

15. Non-Delivery

If no deliverables have been provided and no work has started, a refund may be considered.

16. Force Majeure

No refunds are offered for delays or interruptions caused by events outside reasonable control including illness, natural disasters, political situations, or technical failures.

17. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
